VIENNA, Austria — 23 December 2025 — Community volunteers linked to Foundation for a Drug-Free World Austria are expanding outreach in Vienna, engaging young people, parents and teachers via street information stands and event-based activities. The Vienna effort is led by Gabriele Toker, a local organiser, the initiative uses “Truth About Drugs” materials to provide clear information news european elections on drug risks, including the ongoing debate around cannabis, often cited as Europe’s most commonly used illicit drug. Organisers say, the Vienna activities focus on early prevention, including at large public gatherings such as the Donauinselfest, while also supporting teachers seeking prevention tools for schools.
